Dendrobium Section Oxyglossum

This group of spectacular minature dendrobiums are some of the longest lasting in the genus with individual flowers sometimes holding up in good condition for 6 to 9 months! The plants, with a few exceptions are native to high elevations and require cool to cold growing conditions. In addition, they are best suited to high humidity similar levels provided for pleurothallids.

With a couple of exceptions,most notably Den. laevifolium which appreciates intermediate
conditions, plants are cool to cold growers

Plants should never be allowed to become dry and very high humidity critical
