Annual and Gifts of Assets

The simplest way to support the American Orchid Society is through an annual gift. The American Orchid Society relies on continued support to help sustain its efforts to support research, education and conservation. Many of our donors support the American Orchid Society with gifts year after year.

In addition to cash donations, you can give a gift of assets  including stocks, bonds and property (including real estate and tangible personal property such as artwork or library collections). This option will not only provide you with charitable deductions, but it may also offer additional tax savings.

Endowments

Create permanent support for American Orchid Society programs and projects vital to the organization’s success.

Gift Planning

From an estate, financial and tax-planning perspective, it is sometimes preferable to consider long-term planned giving as the best way to make a gift. This can be accomplished in various ways, such as charitable remainder trusts, gift annuities and bequests.  With a planned gift you have the additional satisfaction of knowing you are providing for the success of the American Orchid Society.
