Gongora nigropunctata confirmed to be Gongora rufescens

























Sixteen flowers on 1 pendent inflorescence and nine flowers on a
second, to 54cm; on a 29cm x 85cm plant in a 10cm pot;  pseudobulbs
conical, up to 3.5 cm; leaves lanceolate up to 3 per pseudobulb; sepals
yellow blotched brown; lateral sepals fused to proximal 2/3 of column;
petals tan spotted pale brown, fused to proximal 2/3 of column; lip
white irregularly marked light brown; column light green, spotted brown;
anther cap green; substance firm; texture matte.
