Sixty four flowers and 18 buds on 4 upright inflorescences borne on a plant, 30-cm high and 35.7-cm wide in a 15-cm plastic pot with bark media; leaves are elliptical, cuneate 15.5-cm length and 7.5-cm width, stem length 13-cm, inflorescence length 32-cm; sepals six veined, ochre posteriorly flat chartreuse anteriorly; petals and lip uniformly light green, too small to measure; substance firm; texture matte posteriorly, glossy anteriorly; country of origin Colombia; granted to correct description record.
