The Trustees of the American Orchid Society and its Standing Committees meet twice each year in the Spring and Fall.
The health and safety of our Members Meeting attendees is our number one priority. After careful consideration, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic’s current trajectory, we’ve made the decision to transition the 2021 Spring Members Meeting to a fully virtual event to be held March 13th, 2021. Registration link can be found below. Schedule details will be posted soon and annouced in the monthly Orchidgram, Orchids magazine and our social media outlets..

We recognize many members of our community may be reluctant or unable to travel due to institutional mandates and other external factors and this year’s virtual event ensures that you won’t miss out. The meeting will be held using our GotoWebinar platform. Although there is no charge for this event, you must register to attend. AOS Committee Meetings will be held at various times prior to the Members Meeting.
