middle of pendulous 13-cm monopodial, epiphytic plant grown on a 43-cm
by 8-cm stick; sepals and petals pale green, spotted purple; deeply
saccate lip white margins and nectary opening marked purple, apical
callus spotted purple; substance heavy; texture crystalline; recognized
for rarity in cultivation; origin: Taiwan; identified by: Lee, Yung-I
PhD.
