Three flowers on three basal inflorescences to 4 cm long; plant 37 cm wide by 23 cm tall grown in 15 cm pot in terrestrial mix, unifoliate pseudobulbs to 1.5 cm wide by 2.5 cm tall, leaves conduplicate to 22 cm long by one cm wide; sepals cream suffused light pink, lanceolate; petals cream, porrect; lip cream, throat, side lobes and callus suffused red; column light chartreuse; substance hard; texture matte; recognized for rarity in cultivation and educational value; occurs Panama to Costa Rica.
