Twelve flowers and two buds on eight inflorescences; plant growing on 9 x 12cm piece of cork with sphagnum moss, longest terete ramicaul 0.2cm wide x 32cm long, covered with five dry tan sheaths spotted maroon, longest linear leaves 0.9cm wide x 16cm long, medium green; sepals and petals translucent chartreuse overlaid with maroon spots and stripes; petals with maroon hirsute margins; lip dark maroon, light green central stripe, white hirsute margins; column light green overlaid maroon on distal, superior one-third, two teeth on inferior margin, anther cap light green; substance heavy; texture crystalline; species from Ecuador; ID by SIFT__________________.
