Five non-resupinate flowers and nine buds on seven inflorescences to 4 cm in length nestled within the foliage of a well grown 13 cm diameter plant grown in bark mix in an 18 cm clay pot; blooms emerge from new growths; unifoliate, bilaterally flattened pseudobulbs 3 cm wide by up to 7 cm tall; leaves entire, lanceolate, 3 cm wide to 19 cm long; sepals and petals cream, lanceolate, recurved and slightly twisted apically; lip obovate, apex acuminiate, cream striped purple; column light green; anther cap yellow; substance firm; texture crystalline; extreme pleasant fragrance noted; recognized for rarity in cultivation and educational value; species native to Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Guyana, French Guiana, Surinam, Trinidad and Tobago and Brazil
