Four flowers and one bud on one upright inflorescence presented on a 27-cm tall single growth plant grown in a 10.5-cm plastic pot in a mix of gravel, turface, perlite, and sedge peat; seven lanceolate leaves 1.1-cm wide by 9.2-cm long, uppermost leaf bract-like 1.2-cm wide by 8.0-cm long, floral bracts 1.2-cm wide by 5.4-cm long; sepals joined to form hood, chartreuse blushed red-purple, veined purple; petals enclosed in hood, red-purple; lip tri-lobed, red-purple, basally black; substance good; texture matte; recognized for rarity in culture.
