Fifteen flowers from a basal, wiry inflorescence; plant six round, squat, caspitose, deciduous pseudobulbs, grown on a sphagnum moss bed on a tree fern plague; sepals cupped cream-yellow, exterior densely setose, burgundy, sub-terminal oblong burgundy tassels, 2mm wide, tassel included in measurement is 6mm long; petals minute, subulate, cream-yellow; lip minute, articulate, tongue-shaped, burgundy, central groove yellow; column and anther cap cream-yellow; substance typical for the species; texture fluffy; country of origin Burma and Thailand; purchased in Tamiami from Tropical Exotique Orchids out of Thailand; awarded as Bulbophyllum lemniscatum;
