Sorry it's sideways but can someone read Kanji to get the measurements?

Ken Roberts sent this...I think it is the same refeence jay had. Ken says:

I have attached pictures of all the species from Japan except for A keiskei (I could not find a picture of it). They come from a rather rare book; ‘The Native Orchids of Japan’ published circa 1970 (not even listed on ABE or NHBS).

As you can see each of these species has very pronounced side lobes, where as your plant has a four lobed lip. I do not think this is A. lepidum, and may not be an Amitostigma but a close relative, maybe a Galeorchis or a Gymnadenia.
