award # 20131064 entered as natural hybrid C x Nesyana (C.
virens x C. xanthina) 'Elizabeth Anne' CHM 83 (prov). The exhibitor
James G Morris states he got it from Floralia. He brought in the
herbarium sheet for Brasilaelia nesyana (Campacci & Deusvando) which he
downloaded from the web. http://orchid.unibas.ch/

Francisco Mirenda who was that month's speaker at the
Sacramento Orchid Society identified the plant as C. bradei.

I have attached the large file of the flower so you can zoom
in on the lip. To my eye it doesn't have the 3 stripes that are in the
description for x Nesyana, but what do I know?
