SITF has agreed this is most likely not Cattleya Valentine (Mar 2026). The lip is inconsistent with other Valentine (1900) awards. Most, if not all, segments of C. loddigesii progeny strongly favor the C. loddigesii parent. In C. Valentine, the C. loddigesii influences can clearly be seen, but there are no apparent C. loddigesii characteristics that can be seen in this plant.

I do not believe this is C. Valentine (loddigesii x warneri), but rather C. Dinard 'Blue Heaven' https://op.aos.org/AwardProfile/Summary/50350.
Aside from striking similarities, F1 hybrids of C. loddigesii generally have lips with diluted color, unlike this clone. Also, all segments tend to strongly favour the C. loddigesii parent. Even some of the better hybrids [i.e., C. Beaumesnil 'Parme', and 'Juan José' FCC/AOS (https://op.aos.org/AwardProfile/Summary/90874), or Rlc. Mem. Victoria Kam 'Fascination' AM/AOS (https://op.aos.org/AwardProfile/Summary/117165)], you clearly see C. lodigesii influences, but there is almost none in C. Valentine 'Barry Paul Mezey' AM/AOS.
