flattened with one lanceolate leaf and a foliaceous sheath; inflorescence 2-3
cm emerge from base of sheath; ovary triangular; sepals and petals green yellow
overlaid with faint brown spots; lip white, dark maroon spots; substance firm;
texture matte. Native to Colombia
