Description: Seventy-five flowers and 17 buds on three up to 33 cm terminal, tightly-branched pendent inflorescences borne on seven up to 46 cm ovoid pseudobulbs grown in a 16 cm diameter plastic pot filled with moss as growing medium; 1.5 cm distance between growths along rhizomes; seven lanceolate leaves per pseudobulbs, leaf margins entire; sepals and petals upswept arranged on a fan-like pattern, held upright around a proportionally large trumpet-like lip; sepals and petals creamy green, overlaid light brown darker distally; lip white, interior surface overlaid light yellow, light lavender picotee around slightly wavy margins, proximal two-thirds overlaid yellow with broad brown bands arranged in a spiral pattern; column and anther cap white, light lavender spot on anther cap; waxy on sepals and petals, lip crystalline; distributed from Costa Rica to Panama;
