This plant has been ID'd by Dr Luer on 6/03/2011 as Pths (Acronia) pleurothalloides. They now call it Pabstiella pleurothalloides, which it is not a Pabstiella by the growth habit. I am sending it off to SITF to look at it.

is an Acronia that keys out to A. pleurothalloides, and it looks like
it, too, except that the petals are very narrow. All else fits. I
suppose I would have to call it a variation of A. pleurothalloides.

The species came from Peru, legally. I need your help.
Acronia pleurothalliodes does not exist, Pleurothallis pleurothalloides is now Pabstiella pleurothalloides, this clearly is not that.
Mark Wilson sent these fotos of what he calls phyllocardiodes
and below is what he calls undulata
I do not have the text for this species
