Sixty-four bug-like flowers, twenty-eight buds and two developing seed pods on ninety-four 4-cm inflorescences sprawling over an unblemished 35cm x 25cm rectangular tree fern raft; dorsal sepal lanceolate/acuminate, buff yellow overlaid cardovan striations; synsepal spatulate, buff yellow overlaid cardovan striations; petals filamenteus, dark brown, lip square, flat, cardovan; column curved inward, buff yellow. Typical Restrepia successive blooming habit; flowers not exceptional but plentiful. Recognized for excellent foliage and prolific blooming.Sorry, we did not get any more detailed photos than what we are submitting. The exhibitor insisted the correct name is Res striata even though it is published that it is now brachypus and awards have been given.
