Seventeen slightly cupped flowers and 6 buds in various states of maturity on one 7.5 cm sequentially blooming erect inflorescence; three growth plant 9.5 cm wide by 9 cm tall growing in a terrestrial mix in a 6 cm clay pot; leaves lanceolate, entire, to 5 cm; all floral parts white suffused light lavender; dorsal sepal hooded; lateral sepals conjoined; petals lanceolate, porrect, enclosing column; lip trifurcate, speckled purple and lightly ciliate basally; column edged darker lavender; anther cap dark purple; spur 0.2 cm long; ovary apple green, prominently ribbed, substance medium; texture crystalline; recognized for rarity in cultivation; native to Zimbabwe and South Africa
Flat lip is distinctly three fingered at apex. Side fingers 0.25 cm wide, ovate; central finger 0.1 cm wide, aciminate. 0.3-cm light violet spur lies flush against the ovary. Leaves grow in whirl configuration with inflorescence emerging from center.
