SITF has determined this plant to be Porpax dickasonii (July 2024). Kew POWO has Conchidium dickasonii as synonymous with Porpax dicksonii. This is correct based on the overlap at the apex of the midlobe, touching side lobes and the position of the petals. It matches the photos of Conchidium dickasonii on Andy's orchids website almost exactly.
