Biography

Dr. Tatiana Arias is a scientist and the founder of Orchids for Peace, a foundation dedicated to the conservation of Neotropical orchids and the integration of local communities in sustainable development efforts. With over 20 years of experience in plant sciences, Dr. Arias has worked on various orchid species conservation projects, with a special focus on orchids native to the Americas. She holds a PhD in Biological Sciences and have collaborated with several botanical institutions worldwide. Dr. Arias is passionate about sharing their research and experiences through outreach programs and educational initiatives to engage and inspire others in the field of orchid conservation.
