Finding

SITF has determined this plant to be Bulbophyllum retusiusculum, not Bulbophyllum skeatum (Sep 2025). This plant matches the photos in Kew's POWO. The narrow lateral sepals fit B. retusiusculum better than B. skeatianum. This is an exact match to the previously awarded B. retusiusculum 'Irene' CHM. Flower size is within range as well.
