SITF has determined this plant to be Bulbophyllum retusiusculum, not Bulbophyllum skeatianum (Sep 2025). This plant matches the photos in Kew's POWO and the Bulbophyllum skeatianum 'Orkiddoc' CBR, 20252622, also determined by SITF to be B. retusiusculum. The narrow lateral sepals fit B. retusiusculum better than B. skeatianum and it is an exact match to the previously awarded B. retusiusculum 'Irene' CHM. Flower size is within range as well.
