Two beautifully-colored flower nestled atop a 1.3 cm x 1.3 cm silver-veined leaf; dorsal sepal fish tail-shaped, white, distal two-third deep burgundy chevron, filamentous, centrally, out-stretched; lateral sepals and petals filamentous, proximal cream, distally shaded very light chartreuse, lateral sepals gracefully curved upright; petals outstretched, downward; lip helmet-shaped, snow white, overlaid deep burgundy, two cream strips, margin fringed; substance moderate; texture satiny, white portion of lip crystalline; native to Java, Sumatra and Borneo.
