Finding
SITF confirms that this plant is Specklinia morganii (Jul 2024). The name is accepted by POWO and published in Monogr. Syst. Bot. Missouri Bot. Gard. 95: 262 (2004) (Luer) Luer. It matches the photo and Luer's drawing of Pleurothallis morganii (Synonym) in the IOSPE. S. morganii is "similar to S. calyptrostele, but distinguished by the taller inflorescence with more flowers and acuminate sepals that are twice as long. Although the petals, lip and shaft of the column are similar, the column foot has a distinct pair of rounded calli" (Luer 2006).
