Finding
SITF confirms this plant as Bulbophyllum weberi (Jan 2026). This plant is a good match to the photo and measurements in Cootes' 1999 book, "The Orchids of the Philippines". It fits well in form and color when enlarged and compared with details of lip structure of B. weberi. The petals are sparsely ciliate compared with the photo in the IOSPE. Orchidroots shows a variety in color and somewhat in form, but the majority supports this plant.
