SITF confirms this plant as Dracula morleyi (Jun 2025). This plant matches Luer and Dalstrom's drawing and description of Dracula morleyi in the Icones Pleurothallidarum. Also, it matches photos in several references: Harding's photo in the OW, an excellent photo in the IOSPE and photos in the orchidroots.com.

Award Description: One triangular flower and one bud on 11 variously mature inflorescences to 13.0 cm; flower hirsute, chartreuse, overlaid heavily with black-purple spots, mimicking large eyebrows and a heavy beard as in a monkey face; petals minute, spotted black; lip hinged, light pink; substance medium, texture matte.Note from the grower: The lip matches that of Dracula morleyi as depicted in the drawing Icones Pleurothallidinarum X: Systematics of Dracula (attached). The painting from Thesaurus Dracularum 7 was sent by email to SITF. The plant was purchased from Ecuagenera about 5 years ago.
