SITF confirms this plant as Microcoelia cornuta (Aug 2024). This plant is an excellent match to photos in the OW and OrchidRoots. This plant keys to the leafless M. cornuta using the key in Cribb and Herman's Field Guide. The stems are elongate with roots scattered along the stems; the lip is orbicular, emarginate and the spur tapers to a point.
