SITF confirms that this plant is Chiloschista lindstroemii (July 2024). This plant was identified as C. lindstroemii by Stig Dalstrom, Botanist and authority on the Genus Chiloschista. It is a better match to C. lindstroemii than to C. trudellii or C. parishii. This plant matches the description, photos and drawing of C. lindstroemii in the paper by Dalstrom & Kolanowska in Lankesteriana, "New Chiloschista".
