Finding
SITF confirms this plant as Prosthechea bicamerata (Jul 2026). This plant was wild collected in Oaxaca, Mexico and the species is endemic to that area. POWO states the "native range of this species is Mexico (Guerrero, Oaxaca)". Also, this plant is an almost exact match to the image on the IOSPE. It is a good match to the drawing, plate 648, Icones Orchidacearum 5-6, 2002; there is also a description in Spanish. There are supporting images on the OW as well.
