Overview
Caespitose epiphytes. Pseudobulbs ovoid. Leaves one, short-petiolate. Inflorescences basal, erect, pedunculate racemes. Flowers erect, resupinate, without fragrance. Sepals and petals free, spreading, subsimilar. Lip three-lobed, sessile. Column straight, without foot or wings; pollinia 2, on an elongate common stipe and minute viscidium.
Etymology
Named for the Costa Rican orchid collector Clarence Horich.
Distribution
A monotypic genus endemic to Panama.
