Overview
Monopodial epiphytes. Stems laxly pendent, rarely branching, leafy, rooting from the lower nodes. Leaves alternate, distichous, twisted at the base so that they lie in one plane. Inflorescences axillary, few-flowered racemes. Flowers green or greenish yellow. Sepals and petals free, spreading, subsimilar, subequal. Lip three-lobed, with an elongate backwards projecting spur. Column short; pollinia 2, on a short common stipe and an elongate viscidium.
Distribution
A genus of four species endemic to Madagascar.

Mount Lemurella on small slabs with a small pad of moisture retaining material at the roots. Provide medium bright light levels, intermediate temperatures, and steady watering thoughout the year allowing the roots to dry out somewhat between waterings.
