Overview
Terrestrials. Roots and leaves unknown, leafless at time of flowering. Inflorescences erect, scapose few-flowered racemes. Flowers not resupinate, white. Sepals and petals free, spreading. Lip three-lobed, sessile, with a short basal spur fused to the ovary. Column elongate, with a long foot, the confluent stigmas two, terminal, the rostellum triangular; pollinia 2, club-shaped, attached by caudicles to a common minute viscidium.
Distribution
A monotypic genus endemic to Brazil.
