From the Latin rima, meaning crack or cleft, and cola, meaning an inhabitant, refverring to the native habitat in wet crevices on sandstone cliffs.

Grow plants of Rimacola in pots of terrestrial mixture supplemented with sharp builder’s sand. Provide medium light levels, cool-intermediate temperatures, and regular watering throughout the year.
