Care and Culture Card
See basic growing conditions and care information below.
Grow plants of Rodriguezia in small baskets of medium-grade epiphyte mixture or on slabs without any material at the roots. Provide bright light, intermediate to cool temperatures, and regular watering allowing the roots to dry out between waterings. Most plants of Rodriguezia are ephemeral twig epiphytes in nature and require airy root conditions. Overwatering or potting in a growing medium that retains excessive water will quickly lead to root loss. ............................................. R. rigida
