Overview
Caespitose terrestrials with tapered pseudobulbs concealed by leaf bases. Leaves several, plicate, erect. Inflorescences erect, scapose racemes. Flowers showy, nodding. Sepals and petals free, subsimilar. Lip unlobed, concave, with a central keeled callus. Column stout, arcuate towards the apex; pollinia 4 in 2 unequal, compressed pairs.
Distribution
A genus of four species ranging from Honduras to Bolivia.
