This was presented as Liparis grossa, but the plant/leaves itself does not seem to match the description found on Orchidspecies as unequally bilobed.

Purchased from Ecuagenera Nov 2017. Inflorescence started late summer in Iowa - has remained in bloom about 6 wks, Grows shady and wet.
