Dendrobium garrettii

Dendrobium garrettii

Ron sent this in mid-April. I set it aside, waiting for additional information, and proceeded to forget about it. Ron, do you have any information for this, and possibly a photo that shows the lip? These are all pretty uniformly lousy.

Dendrobium garrettii Seidenf., Opera Bot. 83: 127 (1985).

Dendrobium garrettii, we have no award number or any data, has been determined to be Dendrobium microbulbon by SITF (June 2010) with assistance of Andre Schuiteman and Leonid Averyanov.

Dendrobium garrettii, award 20105414, previously determined to be Dendrobium microbulbon by SITF (June 2010), has been reevaluated with new information supplied by Wes Higgins and Peter O’Byrne and is now confirmed to be Dendrobium elliottianum by SITF (March 2011).

g"Dendrobium garrettii has been determined to be Dendrobium microbulbon - Dendrobium microbulbon has been reevaluated with new information supplied by Wes Higgins and Peter O’Byrne and is now confirmed to be Dendrobium elliottianum.
So, if I understand correctly, it is about one and the same species - or we are talking about three different species?
What this says is the plant that was awarded as D. garretti, award number XXXX, is Dendrobium elliottianum. The two species are not synonyms.
